  In life, as we all know, there will be difficult days, hard times and stressful periods. so today I am going to help you with how to deal those kind of days with a positive approach.

1. See failure as a new start.

Failure is not the end, in fact it is often the beginning of something great. When things are good, we coast along without making any quantum leaps. When things go bad, our world gets shaken up, which requires us to grow, see new things and start afresh.

Optimism allows us to learn from failures, pick up the pieces and move on to something greater. The greatest business ideas, and times in life, can be born from failure.

2. Be expansive.

Pessimism makes us contract and shy away from new or adventurous things. It causes us to fixate on the negative possibilities and be trapped by fear of failure.
Optimism, however, opens us up to new ideas, new experiences and new possibilities. It frees us up to consider new options and change our businesses, and lives, for the better. It helps us look to the future and create expansive, evolving realities.

3. Get healthy.

Dwelling on negativity isn’t healthy. Not only are optimists generally happier and less stressed, but also they tend to have healthier hearts.
In a study of more than 5,100 adults, researchers from the University of Illinois found that those who were the most optimistic were 76 percent more likely to have health scores in an ideal range. In addition, optimists had significantly better blood sugar and cholesterol levels, exercised more, and had healthier body mass indexes, and were less likely to smoke than pessimists.

Focusing on the positive, instead of the negative, improves mental well-being, which can motivate individuals to take better care of their bodies, as well.

4. Spread good vibes.

Optimism is contagious. Having an upbeat attitude can inspire everyone around us. A survey conducted by Gallup found that only 35 percent of U.S. managers are engaged in their jobs. This lack of engagement and its impact on employees costs the U.S. an estimated $77 billion to $96 billion each year.
Attitude is everything. Optimistic leaders can help motivate and engage their employees. A positive team will be driven to accomplish goals and work together to move things forward.

5. It is the best choice.

There is no better alternative to optimism. Pessimism doesn’t achieve much, and doesn’t have any benefits over optimism. Being optimistic obviously doesn’t mean seeing rainbows 24-7. Everything won’t always be great. But optimism helps us see new opportunities, learn from different situations, and keep moving.
In life, movement and growth is essential, which optimism helps us achieve.

I AM TOO MUCH INTO DIY. YES I KEEP SURFING AND MAKING SOME CREATIVITY UNFORTUNATELY AM AN EYE CARE PROFESSION. SO I JUST SHOW MY CREATIVITY AND MAKE STUFFS AND HANG IT AT HOME. FROM QUILING TO PAINTING I HAVE HAD HANDS ON ALL CRAFT WORK. SO ONE OF IT IS THIS HANGING CATS BELL. IT IT MADE OF THREAD , BELL AND SOME CAT PRINT OUTS FORM INTERNET. JUST ASSEMBLE AND PASTE WITH EQUAL DISTANCE AND YOU ARE READY TO HANG IT. DO NOT FORGET THE BELL WHICH IS NEXT SURPRISE ELEMENT ADD ON THE CAT HANGER.

AND SO I HAVE ADDED FEW TWIST BY PIERCING CUPCAKES INTO THE LIGHT AND MORE WALL ART WHERE I KEPT IT AS BLACK WHITE THEME. MUFI ,MY BESTIE AND ME ALL WERE HAPPY HOW DID THE THEME ENDED UP. HAPPY THEME . LOVE U ALL

8 Things About Men That Women Would Never Understand

Hi ladies,
There are some things that we can never understand about the lovable people in our lives, “the guys”. That could be your brother, your father, a friend or your spouse. Let’s find out about them a little more!

1. Why can’t they ask for directions?

Are they born with natural GPS in them? They never feel that there is a need to ask for directions. He knows it all he claims! Even if a guy is circling in lanes, he still won’t think that he is lost because you know the GPS will activate from within and enlighten him about his destination.

2. Why do they behave like a toddler when they fall sick?

When I say sick I mean the very casual cough and cold! All hell breaks loose when they get a runny nose. All they want is to get pampered and the world at feet to take care of them. They will throw tantrums like kids and will crave for your attention throughout the “sickness”.

3. Why do they go into a shell when they are hurt?

I have not known many guys who talk about their feelings openly. They just shut themselves off from you when they are hurt. You will ask numerous times about what is bothering them but they just won’t budge! No matter how much you will pester him, there will be not many times when he will express his thoughts.

4. Why can’t they just find anything in the wardrobe?

That shirt he is looking for might be in front of his eyes but he will still be shouting, “Where is my shirt?” He just won’t be able to see it without your help. Men are known to be selective listeners but some of them can also be selective about the things that they see!

5. Why does shopping seem like a chore to them?

While you are happily browsing the corners of your favourite clothing store, he is standing around in a corner or walking behind you with no trace of joy whatsoever. He is just hoping that you will have some mercy on him and he can quickly dump all the shopping bags into the car and you all can just go home peacefully. Shopping is literally a chore to most of them unlike us ladies!

6. Why do they need to watch every sporting event?

The lovely guy in our life cannot do without shuffling channels and watching every sporting event on TV from tennis, badminton, basketball, football to cricket. He just has to see them all!

7. Why do they get awkward when the word ‘period’ is mentioned?

Most of them are really awkward around anything surrounding the word “period”. They live in their own little world and this thing just doesn’t exist for them. You mention the word period and they just get really uncomfortable around you.

8. Why can’t they multitask?

Guys can easily be distracted and they can’t multitask unlike us ladies! We can do 10 things at a single time but you give your guy 2 and he will surely mess one of them and forget about the another one!
P.S. This is just a generalised version of guys, your guy might be perfect but he is bound to show at least 2-3 of these qualities at some point of your life

Stuffed chicken Fajita

I’m usually not a fan of chicken breasts, but it’s so good for you that I had to figure out ways to make it fun and tasty. In come fajita stuffed chicken breasts, these things are delicious and healthy! They have a ton of protein, veggies, and are baked. The least healthy thing on here would be the cheese, but even that’s not terrible, especially if you use the reduced fat shredded cheese. The best part, though, is that it’s super easy and doesn’t take much effort!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced green and red bell peppers
2 tsp. fajita seasoning mix
Three boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/8 tsp. each salt and black pepper
1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican-blend cheese
1/4 cup salsa *optional*
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray. OR if you have a silicone baking mat, put that bad boy in the baking pan instead . Then it will not require any spray! (These are the ones I use)
Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Add onion and bell peppers. Cook and stir until softened, about 6 minutes.
Transfer cooked veggies to a bowl and sprinkle with 1 tsp. fajita seasoning. Stir well.
Slice a pocket in to the chicken breasts so that you can stuff them. Make sure it is not too deep where everything will fall out.
Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and remaining 1 tsp. fajita seasoning. Divide cooked veggies and stuff in to the pockets of the breasts.
Place in the baking pan. Cover the baking pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and sprinkle stuffed cutlets with cheese. Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Serve with salsa if you’d like.
