Cris Reviews | Crest Pro Health HD

I actually wanted to try out the new Crest Pro Health HD Toothpaste system, I am all for it. I am not be a smoker, but I'm a dedicated coffee drinker and my teeth definitely aren't as pearly white as I'd like them to be. A toothpaste system that promises to make my smile 6x healthier and whiter in just a week? Yea, I was down for that.
Dubai ties can buy this online in Desert cart, Amazon and few other online websites. cost around 70aed to 90aed. I am reviewing based on the overall internet reviews of several bloggers.

The system is comprised of two steps. The first tube has a purifying cleaner that helps to strip away plaque and leaves your teeth feeling clean and fresh. It's a green paste with the consistency of your typical Crest toothpaste but did leave my teeth feeling much cleaner. Step 2  is a clear perfecting gel that polishes and whitens your teeth. The system calls for you to brush your teeth for 1 minute with each step, without rinsing between, for a one-two punch.

I one of those people who definitely doesn't take care of their teeth the way they should. I almost never floss, I love sugar and I don't ever brush for the full, dentist-recommended 2 minutes. But with this system , It pretty much forces you to be good and care for your teeth the way they deserve. After all you are spending those money .Lol. Yes, having to essentially brush your teeth twice, back-to-back, is tedious. But I've heard that from the first day people could see and feel results.

Reviews are like teeth feel so much healthier and stronger! And thought they still aren't pearly white, they're getting there. People almost feel like you get the same results in color improvement in one week of use that you get from one whitening tray or White strips treatment. Though unlike with White strips you don't experience the jaw-numbing sensitivity that makes you want to rip your own teeth out, and you are actively fighting gingivitis and doing something good for your chompers. i heard that there is a tiny bit of sensitivity the first few times you use the system but it passes in less than a minute and goes away after the first couple of uses.

So, even though having to brush my teeth with two different pastes is a little bit tiresome i thinki might totally stick with it. Making our teeth feel healthier and if the color is improving day by day . What could be better than that?
I am going for it.

As a sportsman and a celebrity, David Beckham naturally attends many high-profile events throughout the year. It stands to reason that a lot of the time he is dressed in dapper formal wear. In these occasions, Beckham most of the time goes for separates, mixing and matching blazers and trousers.
In formal wear, David Beckham is inclined towards darker trousers, so navy chinos are the perfect shade. These slim fit navy chinos will add a touch of urban class to your formal outfit.
Easily paired with a breton striped tee, or if you’re dressing formally, pretty much any blazer should match with them perfectly. A navy or dark blue shade blazer will suit any pair of dark trousers and provide a hint of casual flair whilst remaining suitable for any formal occasion.

David Beckham Suit

David Beckham tends to favour classic suit colours and cuts, seeming particularly fond of black. This shade offers a slick look without any hassle. David Beckham grey suit is another go-to stylish shade, which everyone can incorporate into their wardrobe, similarly to black.

When suiting up, David Beckham is disposed towards crisp white shirts. Oxford shirts are essential for the wardrobe of anyone who aspires to be as stylish as Beckham. He tends to wear white shirts under suits, but they can be worn under anything to add a classy, formal layer to your look. Alternatively, a t-shirt can be just as easily worn unbuttoned over a vest or t-shirt for a swish vintage look.

Though Beckham often wears ties with a bold print, he just as often assumes a classic finishing touch, such as a black tie, vital for completing a formal outfit. This combination of suit, trousers and tie will guarantee you’ll turn heads at any formal event, though of course such an outfit would also be suitable stylish attire for work as well.

David Beckham Shoes

No suit is complete without a pair of formal shoes. Dr Martens are perfect for formal attire and a bold statement in casual attire. Stick to dark shades, such as burgundy and black in order to keep your look formal, and make it easier to be incorporated into any outfit.
Alternatively you can opt for more casual shoes. Beckham has also been known to adopt white trainers with fancy suits, stylishly mixing the formal and casual. The block white keeps the look slick but adds some urban street style to the mix. Unsurprisingly, Beckham can pull this off.

David Beckham Casual Style

Though of course David Beckham looks dapper in a suit, it’s his casual attire that garners him the most attention. Check out some tips below on how you can replicate Beckham’s casual style.

David Beckham Jacket

In his everyday dress, it’s clear that he favors one color over all others: black. His penchant for subdued colours gives his look an effortless masculinity. While it’s a simple color, it’s also incredibly versatile while having the benefit of being really slimming. It’s likely you’ll probably already own a lot of black clothing, so this one shouldn’t need too much attention.

David Beckham Leather Jacket
David Beckham is often garbed in a leather jacket, a type of clothing that is synonymous with coolness. It has associations with male style icons such as James Dean and Marlon Brando, but when Beckham wears a leather jacket, he makes it his own. Leather jackets can be a real investment, but one that will last a lifetime, and will only improve the more it’s used.
They also match with almost anything, but put on a simple black t-shirt and some dark, slim fit jeans for a classic Beckham look.
For a denim alternative, a denim jacket is a great choice. It’s easy to match this jacket with anything, so for the Beckham look, you can also wear these with some dark slim-fit jeans, and maybe a plain white t-shirt.

David Beckham T-shirts

To nail the David Beckham look, you need to stick to simple, muted colors such as black, Beckham’s shade of choice. This simple black t-shirt will go perfectly with a leather jacket and dark jeans. Jackets are better suited to a David Beckham white t-shirt number.  Or you could just wear it on its own with a pair of jeans, and still look stylish.

David Beckham Shirts

If you’re not wearing a jacket over your shirt, you could reproduce the style with a quality David Beckham denim shirt. Denim shirts are a fashion staple, and are easy to both dress up and dress down.
If denim shirts aren’t your thing, David Beckham also frequently dons chequered shirts for that rough around the edges lumberjack appearance. This shirt is a classic deign that is great to wear all year round. For a Beckham bad-boy look, pair it with some dark jeans and brown desert boots.

David Beckham Denim

Denim is indispensable if you want to dress like David Beckham. His casual look is incomplete with a quality pair of jeans. Jeans should never be too baggy, but if you need some room, go one size up, instead of three. You can pair the jeans with a tee (always get basic colors, like white and black) or you can pair it with a sweatshirt (again, stick to basics).
For those of us who want to dress like Beckham, you should remember one important thing – make sure whatever you wear fits you properly.

Dark jeans are his forte, particularly David Beckham black jeans, which provide a muted, casual look that can go with virtually any shirt and outfit. They’re not suited to any formality, event or season, as they’re adaptable to them all. Black or dark jeans are a staple in any man’s wardrobe.
If jeans are a little too obvious for you, then you can still certainly look as cool as Beckham in brown chinos. Chinos are a fashion staple for any man. Beckham usually contrasts brown or tan chinos nicely with a black shirt or jacket.

Jumpers

David Beckham is a fan of cable knit jumpers, so to look as stylish as him during the winter months, you can rock a cream-coloured jumper. For something more lightweight and subtle, opt for a fine-knit jumper. The muted tone is easy to pair up with whatever else you want to wear, though this probably looks best with a plain white shirt and dark jeans for that classic Beckham style.

Coats

When the weather outside is frightful, as it so often is in the United Kingdom, your options are somewhat limited in dressing in vogue whilst not freezing off your back shelf. In times like this, you are pretty much relying on a cool-looking coat to carry off your look.
In adverse conditions, David Beckham sports a smart parka. A well-designed parka is another essential for the wardrobe of any man who is prepared for anything, and this classic urban design will have you covered, and keep you covered, whatever the weather.
As a lighter alternative to the bulkiness of a parka, you can retain the Beckham look with this black trench coat. A contemporary trench coat is formal enough to be worn at any event, but stylish enough to work even on a date or night out. This is for people who want a little bit of edge to their outerwear look.

David Beckham Shoes

David Beckham has a penchant for incorporating a wide variety of style shoes in his outfits. From trainers to boots, to formal wear, he’s mastered it all with ease. As well as incorporating trainers into his suit looks, he can pull them off better with his casual attire. Teamed with joggers, dark jean or chinos, there are no limits.
David Beckham Boots
Though perhaps he is most famously associated with trainers, David Beckham can frequently be found pulling off the bolder option of leather boots. Leather boots can go with any pair of jeans and chinos for a more smart-casual appearance.
David Beckham is a master of smart-casual, frequently seen in outfits that you could rock up to an event, party or just the pub in. His boots looks mostly consist of a cool, contemporary shirt, dark jeans and desert boots.

David Beckham Hats

David Beckham is perhaps the most famous beanie-wearer, so a guide to Beckham’s style wouldn’t be complete without mentioning this particular type of headwear. Beanies are essential for those winter months, but are also ideal as a finishing touch on a casual outfit.

David Beckham Fashion

David Beckham style has changed considerable amounts over the years. He’s matured like a fine wine, and has only gotten better with age. Gone are the days of his full leather looks matching Victoria Beckham. Here are his best looks.

David Beckham Clothing Line

David Beckham’s most recognised lines are with H&M. The most recent including Kevin Hart in the ad, allowing us to see the humorous side of Beckham’s life. From pants, to fitted long sleeve t-shirts, David covered all angles for the working man, giving them a clean, slick silhouette on a budget.

David Beckham Hair

Like many great style icons, David Beckham has never been afraid to change things up in the hair department. Some of his hairstyles have been more, um, indefensible than others, but Beckham has frequently experimented to great success, from buzzcuts to mohawks. In recent years, David Beckham has gone for slightly more understated hairstyles, currently opting for a slicked back look.

Instead of undercut sides, his hair is cut long and styled flat against the head. Instead of being combed back, the hair is combed straight down. This is a great looking classic hairstyle with a modern twist, and is easy to do well, as a little messiness can look good. Beckham also favours a full but short beard to finish off this look.

David Beckham Hairstyle (SH, again, maybe through the years)

David Beckham has a wide variety of hairstyle choice during his time in the public eye, some very questionable. Here are his hair styles through the years.

GIRLIE TOPICS : 15 Amazing Hairstyling Ideas to Upgrade Boring Hair

 HELLO FOLKS,

FROM TODAY , I WOULD BE POSTING FEW TOPICS WHICH I FELT INTERESTING AND WHICH I CAME ACROSS THE BLOG WORLD. DO PROVIDE YOUR SUPPORT AND COMMENTS. CHEERZZZ!!!!!!!!!

When I was young, I had really horrible hair. I couldn’t just go out with bed head; they required to be tamed at all times. But things looked better as I was growing up. Still I had short hair. So now when my hair finally started growing well, I decided it was time to experiment with hairstyles. I started trying all sorts of hairstyles. I started maintaining my hair. Few years back, I didn’t know how to make a simple braid and now I can braid my hair even during my college lectures! So let me share some of the hairstyles I use to get away from those regular boring ones.
15 Amazing Hairstyling Ideas to Upgrade Boring Hair

1. Top knot

top knot
Frankly speaking, this is my go-to hairstyle, but it is so damn chic that I can’t get enough of it. Plus it keeps all the hair away from my face and lets me focus. To add something new to your top knot, tease the hair from the front before making it into a knot.

2. French it up!

french braid
Learn the French braid. Once you learn it, you can make unlimited French braids anywhere and everywhere on your head. You can try a simple French braid or combine bang braid and French braid. Continue this on both sides and tie a knot at the bottom.

3. Braided knot

braid bun
I can’t do this hairstyle well on my hair yet (layered haircut) but I’ve done it multiple times on my friend who’s got gorgeous hair. Tie your hair in a high ponytail and braid it. Now secure the braid with a hair tie and tie the braid into a bun. Use bobby pins to secure the bun. Use a hairspray to finish it off.

4. Hair twists

hair twists
I’ve started doing this recently as my bangs have grown out. Take a section of hair on each side and twist it taking it to the back and securing it with a bobby pin. Keep the rest of your in front or at the back.

5. Scarf updo

Scarf Tied Updo
This looks so sexy for a beach trip. Tie a scarf on your head and start tucking your hair from the sides. Continue this till the end and you have a great hairstyle.

6. Fishtail braid

fishtail braid
Well, fishtail, it’s purely love! 😀 You can mix it up with French braid or leave it messy.

7. Half updo

half up hair
Take half of your hair from the top and tie it in a small ponytail or a bun. It’s such a chic hairstyle. Before tying, tease the hair at the edges.

8. Braid bands

dutch hair hairband
I’ve been trying this from ages but I can never do it correctly. I love them and there will come a day when I can make these beautifully. There are various types: French braid band, fishtail braid band.

9. Rock the bed head

bed head hair
This is the simplest hairstyle I’ve ever come across. Just tie a top knot and go to sleep. In the morning undo the knot and run your fingers through them. Add a texturizing spray if you like and there you go.

10. Chic ponytail

Ponytail
Since you’ve included so many different hairstyles in your regular routine, even a simple ponytail will be an all-new look. Tease the hair from the front to add a twist. You can also twist your hair on either side of your parting and tie in a ponytail, low or high.

11. Change your parting

Brown-Hair-with-Deep-Side-Part
Sometimes changing the parting can create a completely different look. For this, during your haircut you’ll need to specify that you like to change your partings. I’m not really for middle partings but it looks really good with braids.

12. Get ’em highlighted

hair highlights
I’ve had black hair almost all my life and I was bored. I don’t like global hair color as it increases the chances of grey hair, so I highlighted them. There are just so many ways to highlight them and it completely changes your overall look.

13. Bobby pin it

bobby pins
Tease your hair from the front and pin it back. You can either use bobby pins of your hair color or style it up with fancy bobby pins.

14. Slick hair

straight hair
I’m not a fan of slick hair but it looks really great on almost everyone. So grab your straightener and your hair mousse and straighten it up.

15. Loose braids

loose braid
It’s a fun hairstyle and it hardly takes two minutes. Start from the top with a bang braid and continue it as a normal braid and secure it at the end. I first saw it in Friends, Season 6, Episode 1 on Monica and I absolutely loved it. She looked so adorable.
So these are a few hairstyles which can take you away from your regulars. Do share some of your favorite hairstyles.

The 5 Benefits of Being Optimistic

  Hello All !

It's been a very longtime .well, now am back. Let's start it optimistically ......

In life, as we all know, there will be difficult days, hard times and stressful periods. so today I am going to help you with how to deal those kind of days with a positive approach.

The 5 Benefits of Being Optimistic

1. See failure as a new start.

Failure is not the end, in fact it is often the beginning of something great. When things are good, we coast along without making any quantum leaps. When things go bad, our world gets shaken up, which requires us to grow, see new things and start afresh.
Related: 3 Ways to Harness the Inner Child in Every Entrepreneur
Optimism allows us to learn from failures, pick up the pieces and move on to something greater. The greatest business ideas, and times in life, can be born from failure.

2. Be expansive.

Pessimism makes us contract and shy away from new or adventurous things. It causes us to fixate on the negative possibilities and be trapped by fear of failure.
Optimism, however, opens us up to new ideas, new experiences and new possibilities. It frees us up to consider new options and change our businesses, and lives, for the better. It helps us look to the future and create expansive, evolving realities.

3. Get healthy.

Dwelling on negativity isn’t healthy. Not only are optimists generally happier and less stressed, but also they tend to have healthier hearts.
In a study of more than 5,100 adults, researchers from the University of Illinois found that those who were the most optimistic were 76 percent more likely to have health scores in an ideal range. In addition, optimists had significantly better blood sugar and cholesterol levels, exercised more, and had healthier body mass indexes, and were less likely to smoke than pessimists.
Related: One Simple Exercise That Can Help You Think Through Any Big Decision
Focusing on the positive, instead of the negative, improves mental well-being, which can motivate individuals to take better care of their bodies, as well.

4. Spread good vibes.

Optimism is contagious. Having an upbeat attitude can inspire everyone around us. A survey conducted by Gallup found that only 35 percent of U.S. managers are engaged in their jobs. This lack of engagement and its impact on employees costs the U.S. an estimated $77 billion to $96 billion each year.
Attitude is everything. Optimistic leaders can help motivate and engage their employees. A positive team will be driven to accomplish goals and work together to move things forward.

5. It is the best choice.

There is no better alternative to optimism. Pessimism doesn’t achieve much, and doesn’t have any benefits over optimism. Being optimistic obviously doesn’t mean seeing rainbows 24-7. Everything won’t always be great. But optimism helps us see new opportunities, learn from different situations, and keep moving.
In life, movement and growth is essential, which optimism helps us achieve.

8 Things About Men That Women Would Never Understand

Hi ladies,
There are some things that we can never understand about the lovable people in our lives, “the guys”. That could be your brother, your father, a friend or your spouse. Let’s find out about them a little more!
8 Things About Men That Women Would Never Understand

1. Why can’t they ask for directions?

Are they born with natural GPS in them? They never feel that there is a need to ask for directions. He knows it all he claims! Even if a guy is circling in lanes, he still won’t think that he is lost because you know the GPS will activate from within and enlighten him about his destination.

2. Why do they behave like a toddler when they fall sick?

when men are sick
When I say sick I mean the very casual cough and cold! All hell breaks loose when they get a runny nose. All they want is to get pampered and the world at feet to take care of them. They will throw tantrums like kids and will crave for your attention throughout the “sickness”.

3. Why do they go into a shell when they are hurt?

I have not known many guys who talk about their feelings openly. They just shut themselves off from you when they are hurt. You will ask numerous times about what is bothering them but they just won’t budge! No matter how much you will pester him, there will be not many times when he will express his thoughts.

4. Why can’t they just find anything in the wardrobe?

That shirt he is looking for might be in front of his eyes but he will still be shouting, “Where is my shirt?” He just won’t be able to see it without your help. Men are known to be selective listeners but some of them can also be selective about the things that they see!

5. Why does shopping seem like a chore to them?

when on shopping
While you are happily browsing the corners of your favourite clothing store, he is standing around in a corner or walking behind you with no trace of joy whatsoever. He is just hoping that you will have some mercy on him and he can quickly dump all the shopping bags into the car and you all can just go home peacefully. Shopping is literally a chore to most of them unlike us ladies!

6. Why do they need to watch every sporting event?

The lovely guy in our life cannot do without shuffling channels and watching every sporting event on TV from tennis, badminton, basketball, football to cricket. He just has to see them all!

7. Why do they get awkward when the word ‘period’ is mentioned?

Most of them are really awkward around anything surrounding the word “period”. They live in their own little world and this thing just doesn’t exist for them. You mention the word period and they just get really uncomfortable around you.

8. Why can’t they multitask?

multitasking
Guys can easily be distracted and they can’t multitask unlike us ladies! We can do 10 things at a single time but you give your guy 2 and he will surely mess one of them and forget about the another one!
P.S. This is just a generalised version of guys, your guy might be perfect but he is bound to show at least 2-3 of these qualities at some point of your life 😛

Stuffed chicken Fajita

I’m usually not a fan of chicken breasts, but it’s so good for you that I had to figure out ways to make it fun and tasty. In come fajita stuffed chicken breasts, these things are delicious and healthy! They have a ton of protein, veggies, and are baked. The least healthy thing on here would be the cheese, but even that’s not terrible, especially if you use the reduced fat shredded cheese. The best part, though, is that it’s super easy and doesn’t take much effort!
DSC01366
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced green and red bell peppers
2 tsp. fajita seasoning mix
Three boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/8 tsp. each salt and black pepper
1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican-blend cheese
1/4 cup salsa *optional*
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray. OR if you have a silicone baking mat, put that bad boy in the baking pan instead . Then it will not require any spray! (These are the ones I use)
Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Add onion and bell peppers. Cook and stir until softened, about 6 minutes.
Transfer cooked veggies to a bowl and sprinkle with 1 tsp. fajita seasoning. Stir well.
Slice a pocket in to the chicken breasts so that you can stuff them. Make sure it is not too deep where everything will fall out.
Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and remaining 1 tsp. fajita seasoning. Divide cooked veggies and stuff in to the pockets of the breasts.
Place in the baking pan. Cover the baking pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and sprinkle stuffed cutlets with cheese. Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Serve with salsa if you’d like.
DSC01369
Enjoy!
